Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All orders are shipped from the Atlanta area via UPS or USPS.

  • Ground Shipping (Complimentary): Delivery takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Expedited Shipping: Overnight and 2-day delivery options are available at checkout.

Order Processing:

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2:00 p.m. (EST) will be processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. (EST) or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Please note: We cannot ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

International Shipping

Marty’s Large Shoes does not cover international shipping costs. Customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees charged at checkout. These fees are non-refundable.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we welcome the opportunity to make it right.

Eligibility:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • We recommend trying shoes on in a carpeted area to prevent sole marks.

  • Worn or damaged items are not eligible for return.

Process:

  1. Include a copy of your purchase invoice inside the return package.

  2. Contact us for assistance and to receive a return label.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to two weeks for your refund to be issued.

Note: Please retain all tracking information in case your package is lost or mishandled.

Exchanges

We are happy to assist with exchanges to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Eligibility:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Worn or damaged items are non-exchangeable.

Process:

  1. Include a copy of your purchase invoice inside the return package.

  2. Contact us for assistance and to receive an exchange label.

  3. Your replacement item will be shipped once the return is received and inspected.

International Returns & Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for all international return and exchange shipping costs and fees.

  • Items must meet the same return/exchange eligibility requirements listed above.

  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
